Building Services Advisory Partnership York Extends Partnership for 2025.

Last month New Earswick All Blacks announced that the Business Club has returned for 2025, we are pleased to share that long-term supporter of the club BSAP has renewed for 2025 for the fourth consecutive season. 

BSAP provides expert advice on Building Services in the built environment and energy sectors. The team is a group of highly experienced individuals, with a long standing background in construction and consultancy. 

Our offer is a combination of experience & expertise in all areas of design, bid management, compliancy modelling, procurement and cost planning within the built environment.

Typical engagements are: 

  • Full Mechanical and Electrical Design Duties;

  • Production of a ISO19650 Compliant BIM Model;

  • Calculation packages (These are produced in-model with StabiCad);

  • MEP Tender pack production and Tender evaluation;

  • VFM Analysis with alternative design costing.
